Rice cakes with sweet dipping sauce

1 cup jasmin rice
1 cup sticky rice
Preparation rice :
1. Cook the rice mix jasmin rice, sticky rice add water 2 cup.
2. Then take the rice cook put cover container then put the pastic add the rice then a bit push.
3. Get the sun 1 day until dry.
4. Deep fry.
Ingredients :
100 g. ground pork
1 tbsp. plam sugar
1 tbsp. tamarind juice
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. pound dry shimp
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. pound parsley root
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. pound nut
2 tbsp. slice red onion
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. oil
Preparation :
1. Add parsley root, dry shimp, black pepper, garlic in the mortar then pound.
2. Heat the oil add onion, ground pork, pound nut and all pound ingrients.
3. Add tamarind, plam sugar, coconut milk then stir.
