Thai spring rolls

Ingredients :
150 g. ground pork
100 g. ground shimps
1 cup chopedshiitake mushroom
1 cup bean spouts
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 cup. glass noodle
2 tbsp. choped parsley
2 tbsp. choped green onion
1 cup sliced carrot
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. dry garlic
1 pack spring roll wrapper
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. pepper powder
2 cups oil for fry
1 egg
Preparation :
1. Soak the glass noodle, chopedshiitake mushroom in the water 10 mins.
2. Heat the oil add garlic, dry garlic, ground pork, ground shimp then stir.
3. Add carrot, cabbage, chopedshiitake mushroom,oyster sauce, sugar, pepper powder mix well.
4. Add more bean spounts, glass noodle, green onion, parsley.
5. Peel off the first layer of the spring roll wrapper from the stack then spread .
6. Put all ingredeints cook into spring roll wrapper like a picture.
7. Before you are wrap put a bit egg the pull one side of the flap over to close the filling.
8. Fold like a picture and proceed to roll the wrapper, pulling over the flaps to close the roll.
9. Heat the oil then deep fry until golden color.
10. Serve with sweet sauce.
