Pork soup

Ingredients :
3 cups pork stock
100 g. liver
200 g. ground pork
100 blood pig cake
1 cup cut 1 ins.celery
1 tbsp. slice spring onion
1 tbsp. slice parsley
1 tsp. fried garlic
1 tsp. oil
1/2 sugar
1 tbsp. fish sauce
Preparation :
1. Heat the oil add garlic 1 min.
2. Add soup untill boil.
3. Put liver, blood pig cake, ground pork untill cook.
4. Sprinkle parsley, spring onion, pepper powder.
5. Season with chilli powder ,vinegar , fish sauce, sugar
If you like flavorless don’t add chilli powder, vinegar.
6. Serve with white rice.
