Prawn (Kung chaebuai)

White prawn called “Kung chaebuai or kung”

You can fine in the market. Kung has a white body stippled with minute
dots of rust-colored pigment. Size length of 15+ cm.

Can cook for saute, soup, fried. Excample : Recipe of tomyum kung.
Coconut milk with shrimp or prawn. Fried sweet prawn with pepper.

Stir fried baby corn with shrimp

Ingredients :

150 g. shrimp
50 g. ground pork
100 g. sliced baby corn
50 g. slcied onion
50 g. shiitake mushroom
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. oil

Preparation :

1.   Heat the oil add garlic, shimp.
2.   Add baby corn, onion, ground pork,shiitake mushroom, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper powder then stir.
3.   Serve with steam rice.
