Shrimp paste called ka pi

Ka pi is made from shrimp which are salted.
Small odeur acide.
You can cook :
Shrimp paste chilli sauce with omelet and Stir fried pork with shrimp paste
Rice stir fried with shrimp paste

Ingredients :

200 g. sliced pork
1 tbsp. shrimp paste
1 tbsp. choped garlic
1 tbsp. choped chilli
1 tbsp. plam sugar
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. oil

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add chilli + garlic then stir.
2.  Add pork, shrimp paste, plam sugar, lime juice mix well.
3.  Serve with steam rice.
