Seaweed stuffed with groud pork and shrimp

Ingredients :
1 pack seaweed
150 g. ground pork
100 g. ground shrimp
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper powder
200 g. sliced cabbage
3 cups oil
Preparation :
1. Marinade ground pork, ground shrimp, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper powder about 30 mins.
2. Stuff with marinade then wrap.
3. Heat the oil deep fry cabbage until crispy.
4. Deep fry the seaweed stuffed about 15 mins.
