












Ingredients :
2 cups cooked rice
3 cups water
1 pack dried seaweed
4 tbsp. vinegar (mizkan)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation rice :
1. Soak the rice 1/ hr. then cook the rice.
2. Heat the pan add vinegar, sugar, salt thtn stir.
3. Mix steam rice , mixed vinegar.
Ingredients :
2 eggs
1 cup sliced carrot
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup cuted asparagus
1 cup sliced baby corn
100 g. sliced chicken
1 tbsp. roe
1 cup sliced ham
1 cup flour
1 cup water
2 tbsp. roast sesame
2 cups oil
Preparation :
1. Boil the carrot, asparagus, baby corn then sliced.
2. Heat the pan put sesame until a bit brown.
3. Mix flour with water add sliced chicken.
4. Heat the oil deep fry the chicken until golden color.
5. Make fried beaten egg then sliced.
6. Take the dried seaweed off put the rice in then add everything in side.
7. Roll and make it tight then cut.
8. Serve with wasabi sauce.
Ingredients wasabi sauce:
2 tbsp. shoyu
1 tsp. wasabi
Preparation :
1. Mix all ingredients.
