Spicy beef salad

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. ground pan roasted rice
1/2 cup thinly sliced shallot
1 tbsp. thinly sliced lemon grass
1/2 cup chopped coriander greens
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped spring onion
1/2 ground dried chilli
2 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 sugar
Preparation:
1 Grill beef to medium rare, then cut into thin strips about 1 inch wide.
2. In amixing bowl, mix all remaining ingredients, blend well, add beef and toss well.
3. Serve with sticky rice, lettuce, cabbage, spring onion.
