Red curry pumkin with pork

Ingredients :

1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. plam sugar
1 tbsp. sliced chilli
2 tbsp. red curry paste
100 g. sliced pork
50 g. sweet basil
200 g. choped pumpkin
250 ml. coconut milk

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add red curry paste.
2.  Add pork then stir.
3.  Add coconut milk, plam sugar, fish sauce, sweet basil boil until soft pumpkin.
4.  Then put chilli, sweet basil on the top.
5.  Serve with steam rice.

Thai rice noodle with tuna

Ingredients :

100 g. fish-paste balls
400 g. tuna
1 tbsp. red curry paste
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. fingerroot
1000 ml. coconut milk
1000 g. Thai rice noodle
200 g. bean spout
100 g. slice pickle cabbage
100 g. basilicum

Preparation :

1.  Heat a bit coconut milk add red curry paste then stir.
2.  Add tuna, coconut milk, fingrroot, fish-paste balls, fish sauce, sugar.
3.  Serve with Thai rice noodle put curry on top and vegetable.
