Katsu don 1

Ingredients :200 g. sliced pork
1 cup steam rice
1- 2 egg
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup cut green onion
1 cup flour
1 cup crumb
2 cup oil
1 tbsp. ton katsu don sauce
1 tbsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. mirin
Preparation :1. Mix pork with flour, stir egg, crumb.
2. Heat the oil then deep fry.
3. Sliced pork.
4. Cook the rice.
5. Heat the oil add, onion, shoyu, mirin, ton katsu don sauce.
6. Add pork, green onion.
7. Put on top the rice.
