Soup eggs with ground pork

Ingredients :4 eggs
100 g. ground pork
2 tbsp. sliced onion
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 tbsp. choped parsley
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 piece Knor
3 cup water
2 tsp. oil
1 tsp. pepper powder

 

 

Preparation :

1.  Stir the egg add pepper powder, onion, green onion, parsley.
2.  Marinate pork add oyster sauce, sugar, parsley.
3.  Heat the oil add stir egg then fried until gloden color then slice.
4.  Heat the oil add garlic then stir.
5.  Boil the water add Knor and a bit oyster sauce, sugar, egg and ground pork until cook.
6.  Sprinkle green onion, parsley and serve with steam rice.

Fried crispy stuff with ground pork and ground shrimp

Ingredients :

1 pack spring roll wrappers
100 g. ground pork
100 g. ground shrimp
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 tbsp. choped parsley
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. pepper powder
2 leafs  ribbon pandrus
2 cups oil

Preparation :

1.  Marinate pork, shrimp, oyster sauce, pepper powder, green onion, parsley.
2.  Mrinate stuff in to the wrapper then bind with ribbon pandrus.
3.  Heat the oil the first must be bend the wrapper stuff dip into the oil 1 min then deep fry until crispy .
4.  Serve with sweet sauce.
