Spicy with ground pork salad

10 g. coriander leaves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup mint
1 red pepper
2 tbsp. ground pan-roasted rice
2 tbsp. chop spring onion
2. Mix all the ingredients together and place in small bows.
3. prinkle little bit spring onion on top.
4. Serve with sticky rice, cabbage leaves, string onions or sweet basil
