Fried rice with sour pork

Ingredients :

400 g. sour pork
1/2 cup fried dry chilli
1 cup sliced ginger
2 tbsp. choped chilli
1/2 cup single garlic
1/2 cup peanut
2 tbsp. choped green onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
1 cup sliced onion
1 tbsp. pround garlic
5 cups steam rice
1 tbsp. plam sugar
1 tbsp. pepper powder
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

On the side sauce :

1 tbsp. choped chilli
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce

Preparation fish sauce :

1.  Mix all ingredients

Preparation :

1.  Crush sour pork if uncooked make it cook first.
2.  Heat the oil add pround garlic, single garlic, ginger,chilli.
3.  Add steam rice then stir and add oyster sauce, plam sugar, pepper powder,
dry chill, onion, penut, green onion, egg.
4.  Serve with fish sauce, green onion or cucumber on the side.

Mu phad khing

1tbsp corn oil 
1 tbsp chopped garlic
100 g pork, cut lengthwise into 1/2 in/1 cm thick slices
1 cup green ornion, cut 1/2 inch
1 cup ginger

1/2 cup thickly sliced onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp white soya souce
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 leave Parsley put on 

 

 

Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add the garlic and stir-fry, mixing will.  Add the pork, mix will for 1 minute, and then add ginger, onion. Stir for a minute and add all the rest of the ingredients.  Stir-fry will until the pork is cooked, about 5 minutes.
