Stir fried ginger with chicken

100 g. sliced chicken
100 g. sliced ginger
100 g. sliced black fungus
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sliced onion
1 tbsp. sliced green onion
1. Heat the oil add garlic, chicken, ginger, then stir.
2. Add onion, black fungus, green onion, pepper powder.
3. Add sugar, oyster sauce.
4. Serve with steam rice.
