Pomfrets salad

Ingredients :
200g. cut morning glory
100 g. shrimp
1 tbsp. Water chilly burn
1 tbsp. plam sugar
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. lime juice
1-2 cup coconut milk
2 cup flour
2 boil egg
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cup oil
Preparation :
1. Mix flour, salt, water.
2. Mix morning glory in the flour.
3. Heat the oil deep fry the morning glory.
4. Boil the egg.
Preparation sauce :
1. Heat the coconut milk add water chilly burn, plam sugar, fish sauce then stir.
