Thai fried rice with shrimp

Ingredients:
2 cups steam rice
100 g. shrimp
2 eggs
3 spring onions
1 each tomato slice
1 clove garlic pound
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbps. oyster sauce
1/2 soy sauce
1/4 lime
1 cucumber
Preparation:
1. Fry garlic in the oil.
2. When done add shrimp stir .
3. Add spring onion tomato, oyster sauce,
soy sauce, sugar.
4. Add eggs when done, mix in the rice.
5. Dip rice onto plates , serve with lime, cucumber,
fish sauce or green onion.
