เวลาเพื่อน ๆจะทอดไข่ก่อนที่เราจะทอดไข่ให้ต่อยไข่ใส่ถ้วยสะก่อน
แล้วใช้มือบี้ไข่ขาวรอบ ๆไข่แดงให้ทั่ว ๆ แต่ต้องระวังอย่าให้ไข่แดง
แตกแล้วก็เทออกจากถ้วยแล้วนำไปใส่ในกระทะที่มีน้ำมันมาก ๆ และ
ร้อนจัดไข่ขาวจะพองใหญ่กว่าปกติจะทำให้ดูน่ากินมากเลย

Ingredients :

1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. gamboge juice
1 tbsp. choped green onion

Preparation :

1.  Mix all ingredients.
2.  Serve with sticky rice or steam rice, deep with grill pork or beef.
