Ho-mok curry past

Ingredients:5 large dried chillies soaked in water with seeds removed
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 tbsp. shredded galangal
1 tbsp. thinly sliced lemon grass
1/2 tsp. thinly sliced kaffir lime rind
1 tsp. chopped coriander root
1 1/2 garlic bulbs
2 1/2 pepper corns
1 tsp. shrimp paste
little bit salt.

 

 

Preparation:

Pound or blend all ingredient until ground
