Ingredients :

150 g. shrimp
50 g. ground pork
100 g. sliced baby corn
50 g. slcied onion
50 g. shiitake mushroom
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. oil

Preparation :

1.   Heat the oil add garlic, shimp.
2.   Add baby corn, onion, ground pork,shiitake mushroom, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper powder then stir.
3.   Serve with steam rice.

Ingredients :

200 g. sliced beef
1 cup baby corn
1 cup sclied onion
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. choped garlic
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 sugar
1 tbsp. oil
a bit pepper powder

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add garlic.
2.  Add beef untill cook.
3.  Add all ingredients then stir.
4. Server with white rice.
