Fried clams in Red curry paste

Ingredients :
500 g. clamps
1 tbsp. red curry paste
1 tbsp. pounded garlic
1 tbsp. pounded chilli
1 cup sweet basil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. fish sauce
1/2 cus milk
3 tbsp. oil
Preparation :
1. Heat the oil add garlic, chill and red curry paste.
2. Add clamps then stir untill cookand add sweet basil.
3. Add sugar, fish sauce, milk then stir after that cover about 5 min.
4. Spekle sweet basil and sliced chilli on top.
5. Serve with white rice.
