Fried mussel

Ingredients :

150 g. mussel
100 g. bean sprouts
50 g. tapioca flour
150 g. rice flour
1 tbsp. choped garlic
1 tbsp. fish sauce
2 tbsp. choped greed onion
2 tbsp. choped parsley
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup water
3 eggs
1 cup chilli sauce ( sauce for dipping) or  on top
1 tbsp. pepper powder

Preparation :

1.  Mix flour, water and stir.
2.  Heat the oil. Put some mix flour a ladle then make it thin.
3.  Add green onion, parsley on top , mussel and egg untill crispy.
4.  Separate bean sprouts, garlic on the flour side about 1 min.
5.  Take it on the plate bean sprouts on the side, sprinkle green onion, parsley, pepper powder.
6.  Serve with Chilli sauce.
