100 g. ground pork
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 tbsp. pound garlic
3 piece pound parsley roots
1 tbsp. soy souce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pound pepper
1 egg
1 cup coconut milk
Preparation :
1. Put parsley roots, garlic, pepper, in the mortar then pound.
2. Mix pound ingredients, ground pork, sugar, soy souce, green onion, coconut milk.
3. Put in the mould or what’s ever. Then steam about 10 mins. Add more coconut milk on the top then steam again 5 min.
4. Serve with steam rice.
