Pork knuckle or schweins haxe

1 piece pork knuckle
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. garlic & salt powder
1 tbsp. rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pepper powder
10 bay leaves
10 cups oil
1. Mix all ingredeints keep 1 night.
2. Dip fried until crispy.
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. oil
2 tbsp. sliced champignon
1 cup sliced cabbage
1. Heat the butter and oil.
2. Add champignon then stir, add cabbage then stir.
1000 g. potato
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1. Boil potato until soft.
2. Add salt, butter, milk, sugar, pepper powder then mix well.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. pepper powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
2 tbsp. choped onion
2 tbsp. choped boil potato
1. Boil potato.
2. Mix all ingredients.
