Soft-shell crab spicy salad

Ingredients :
150 g. soft shell crab
1 piece shallots
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. mint leave
2 cups oil
Preparation :
1. Mix soft shell crab with flour.
2. Heat the oil then deep fry soft shell crab un till golden brown.
3. Preparation onion, green onion, shallots.
Ingredients sauce :
2 pieces lemon juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. pound chilli
Preparation :
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve with steam rice.
