Coccinia grandis spicy salad

Ingredients :
100 g. Coccinia grandis
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
2 cups oil
Preparation :
1. Mix flour water then dip coccinia grandis.
2. Heat the oil deep fry the coccinia grandis until crispy.
Ingredients sauce :
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. pound chilli
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup hot water
Preparation sauce :
1. Boil the water add sugar chilli, garlic, fish sauce mix well.
