Modoeye stuffed steak

Ingredients
500 g. beef
1 cup choped carrot
1 cup choped onion
1 cup choped tomato
1 cup choped bell pepper
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cube bred
1 piece cheese
1 tbsp. choped parsley
1 tbsp. choped green onion
Preparation :
1. Split like a porket.
2. Heat the butter add all ingredients then stir.
3. Stuff all ingredient into the beef close with toothpick.
4. Heat the butter add beef stuffed untill brown color.
5. Add water boil untill be soft.
6. Serve with steam vegetable or mash potato.
