Modoeye stuffed steak

Ingredients

500 g. beef
1 cup choped carrot
1 cup choped onion
1 cup choped tomato
1 cup choped bell pepper
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cube bred
1 piece cheese
1 tbsp. choped parsley
1 tbsp. choped green onion

Preparation :

1.  Split like a porket.
2.  Heat the butter add all ingredients then stir.
3.  Stuff all ingredient into the beef close  with toothpick.
4.  Heat the butter add beef stuffed untill brown color.
5.  Add water boil untill  be soft.
6.  Serve with steam vegetable or mash potato.

 

Fried stuff gypsum with crab meat

Ingredients :

200 g. ground
200 g. crab meat
200 g. choped shimp
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 egg.
2 tbsp. choped parsley
2 tbsp. choped green onion
100 g.  gypsum

Preparation :

1. Mix all ingredients about 1 hr.
2. Wrap marinate ingredients  wrap with string then deep fry untill golden color.  If you like another step you can steam before deep fry but I think yummy less than deep fry only.
3. Good for appetizer.
