Stir fried curry paste with crackling

Ingredients :

100 g. crackling
1 tbsp. prik khing curry paste
1 tbsp. sliced chilli
1/2 tsp. sliced kaffir lime leaf
1 tbsp. shrimp curry paste
1 cup sliced string bean
2 tbsp. sliced salted egg
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp sugar

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add curry then stir.
2.  Add shrimp, string bean,  crackling, kaffir lime leaf, salted egg, sugar mix well.
3.  Serve with steam rice.
