Ingredients :

100 g.  sliced beef
1 tbsp. sliced tomato
1 tbsp. sliced baby corn
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. sliced onion
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add garlic , beef then stir.
2.  Add baby corn, tomato, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar.
3.  Serve with steamed rice.

50 g. sliced ginger
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. cut green onion
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. choped Jew’s ear
1 tbsp. sliced onion

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add garlic, Jew’s ear , onion, chicken, ginger.
2.  Add oyster, sugar, pepper powder, green onion.
