Stir fried halbut with extra-ingredient

Ingredients :
250 g. halibut
1 cup sliced shiitake mushroom
1 tbsp. plam sugar
2 tbsp. dry fried onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. lime
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup water
4 cups oil
Preparation :
1. Soak the shiitake mushroom into the water untill soft then slice.
2. Admix flour all the fish waiting for deep fry.
3. Heat a bit oil add dry onion, green onion, more oil, soy souce, plam sugar,sliced shiitake mushroom Mix well.
4. Deep fry the fish untill crispy ot what’s ever you like.
5. Sauce put on top the fish.
6. Serve with steam rice.
