Fried pomfret with garlic

Ingredients :

1 pomfret
1/2  tsp. salt
3 tbsp. pound garlic
3 cups oil

Preparation :

1.  Clean the fish then sprinkle salt.
2.  Heat the oil add garlic until golden.
3.  Deep fry fish until crispy.
4.  Put fried garlic on the fish.
5.  Serve with steam rice or sticky rice.
