Fried sour pork with bread crumbs

Ingredients :

200 g. sliced sour pork
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup fried cashew nuts
1 tbsp. choped chilli
1 tbsp. choped ginger
2 piecs green onion
1 cup oil

Preparation :

1.  Bring the sour pork dip to the stir egg and mix into bread crumbs.
2.  Heat the oil deep fry the sour pork.
3.  Serve with green onion , cashew nuts, chilli, ginger and steam rice or good for appetizer.

 

Fried rice with sour pork

Ingredients :

400 g. sour pork
1/2 cup fried dry chilli
1 cup sliced ginger
2 tbsp. choped chilli
1/2 cup single garlic
1/2 cup peanut
2 tbsp. choped green onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
1 cup sliced onion
1 tbsp. pround garlic
5 cups steam rice
1 tbsp. plam sugar
1 tbsp. pepper powder
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

On the side sauce :

1 tbsp. choped chilli
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce

Preparation fish sauce :

1.  Mix all ingredients

Preparation :

1.  Crush sour pork if uncooked make it cook first.
2.  Heat the oil add pround garlic, single garlic, ginger,chilli.
3.  Add steam rice then stir and add oyster sauce, plam sugar, pepper powder,
dry chill, onion, penut, green onion, egg.
4.  Serve with fish sauce, green onion or cucumber on the side.
