Ingredient :
6 prawns (lage shrimps) , shelled
2 coriander roots pound
2 bacon rashers, cut into 1 in/2.5 cm. pieces
25 g. ginger chopped finely
25 g. garlic pound
1 tbsp. black peppercorns, crushed
450 g. glass noodles, soaked in cold water for 15 mins.
2 tbsp. oil
10 g. roughly chopped coriander leaves and stems
450 ml. chicken stock
2 tbsp black soya sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
Preperation :
1. Turn heat on put the oil , garlice coriander roots, black peppercorns, ginger stir.
2. Add oyster sauce, suger soya sauce .
3. Add prawns , glass noodle after that cover, chicken stock and low heat 10-15 mins.
4. Serve with white rice.
