Stir fried chive flower with liver

Ingredients :

100 g. sliced liver
200 g. choped chive flower
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp. pepper powder

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add garlic, liver.
2.  Add chiver flower, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper powder then stir.
3.  Serve with steam rice.

Meat loaf (pork)

Ingredients sauce on top :1 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
100 g. butter

Preparation :1.  Heat the butter add brown sugar.
2.  Add  catsup mix well.
 

 

 

Ingredients :100  g. butter
1000 g. ground pork
2-3 egg
1 cup choped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper powder
1 cup catsup
 

 

 

Preparation :1.  Heat the butter add onion then stir.
2.  Then add all ingredients mix well.
3.  Put sauce on the top put into oven 250 c   about 40 mins.
 

 

*** Normaly do  beef with pork. You can add haft. My friend don’t take the beef.
