Ingredients :

1 cup jasmin rice
1 cup sticky rice

Preparation :

1 Cook the rice.

Ingredients :

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
3 cups oil

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil. Mix egg with pepper powder.
2.  Mix rice then pellet dip in the egg then deep fry.

Ingredients sauce :

1 tbsp. gamboge
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar

Preparation :

1.  Mix all ingredients.
