Fried rice ginger with ground pork



 

Ingredients :

1 cup cook rice
2 tbsp. sliced ginger
100 g. ginger
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. sliced onion
1 tbsp. sliced tomato
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add garlic, ground pork,ginger, onion, tomato, egg,oyster sauce, sugar then stir.
2.  Add rice mix well.
