เวลาที่บิด องุ่นออกจากพวงเพื่อนๆ ก็ล้างให้สะอาดสะก่อนแล้วก็นำไปใส่ใน
ภาชนะแล้วเอาองุ่นใส่ไว้แล้วนำน้ำแข็งบดโปะไว้ให้ทั่วๆ ใส่เกลือเข้าไปนิด
หน่อย หรือมากน้อยตามปริมาณแล้วนำช้อนคนๆๆ วนๆๆ ไปเรื่อยๆ จนเห็น
ว่าองุ่นจับฝ้าขาวแข็งคล้ายวุ้น แค่นี้เองก็ใช้ได้แล้วจ้า
