Thai porkchop
Ingredients :
200 g. chop pork rib
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. catchup
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dried garlice with oil
1 tbsp. roast sesame
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
Preparation :
1. Marinate rib with all ingredients about 1 hr.
2. Grill the marinate pork about 20 mins.
3. Serve with steam rice or with vegtable.
