Sweet stewed egg with chicken wing

 

 

Ingredients :

6 boiled eggs
250 g. chicken wigs
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. pound root parsley
1/2 tst. black pepper
1 tbsp. plam sugar
2 tbsp. black sweet sauce
1 tbsp. Chinese five spice powder
2 sticks cinnamon
2 star anise
100 g. bean curd
1 tbsp. chop parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
4 cups water

Preparation :

1.  Boil the eggs then put a bit salt about 20 mins.
2.  Take the eggs then dip into the cold water then take the egg shell off.
3.   Heat a bit oil fry the bean curd.
4.  Heat the oil add pound garlic, pound root parsley, black pepper then stir.
5.  Add Chinese five spice powder, chicken wings, salt, eggs, black sweet sauce.
6.  Add the water , cinnamon, star anise, plam sugar, bean curd .
7.  Medium low heat about 3 hr. Parsley sprinkle on top.
8.  Serve with steam rice. You can keep in the refrigerator about 24 hr. for more delicious. When you are ready to eat just warm it again.
