Wonton without broth

Ingredients :

200 g. ground pork
1 pack wonton wrappers
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 tbsp. choped parsley
1 cup chopped bok choy
2 tbsp. dried garlic with oil
2 cups water
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Preparation :

1. Mix groud pork, oyster sauce, cchoped green onion, choped parsley, pepper powder.
2.  Put a bit oil  add marinate pork then wrapper.
3.  Boil the water add wonton until cook.
4.  After that put into the cold water about 5 seconds.
5.  Add garlic with oil, sugar, fish sauce mix well. Then boil the bok choy put into the plate.

…If you are like spicy or sour . You can add more.

Rice steamed with chicken soup

Ingredients rice:

2 cups rice
1 cups skin chicken
1 tbsp. pound garlic
1 tbsp. oil

Preparation :

1.  Heat the oil add garlic, skin chicken, rice then mix well.
2.  Cooked the  rice with the rice cooker.

Ingredients soup :

1 tbsp. pound garlic
3 cups. cut squash
4 cups water
1/4 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. sugar

Preparation :

1.  Heat the pot add garlic, water, squash and add chicken.
2.  Add salt, sugar leave about 20 Mins.

Ingredients sauce:

1 tbsp. choped or pound garlic
1 tbsp. choped or pound chilli
1 tbsp. salted soya beans
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chicken stock

Praparation :

1.  Mix all ingredients.
