Stir fried shrimp with ground pork extra-ingredient noodle(Thai noodle)

 

 

Ingredients :

500 g. noodle
200 g. shrimp
100 g. ground pork
2 eggs
1 cup fried cashew nut
2 tbsp. pound garlic
2 tbsp.pound peanut
1 cup sliced green onion
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 cup sliced carrot
1/2 water
1 cup oil
1 cup flour
2 cups bean sprouts

Ingredient sauce pad Thai :

1tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup tamarind juice
2 tbsp. pound dry shrimp

Preparation sauce :
1.  Mix tamarind juice, fish sauce, sugar, dry shimp then stir.

Preparation :

1.  Mix flourwith water  then take shimp mix well with flour.
2.  Heat the oil deep fry shrimp.
3.  Heat the oil add garlic, ground pork, carot,cabbage,egg.
4.  Add noodle, sauce, bean sprouts, green onion mix well
5.  Add ground peanut.
6. Decorate with cashew nut, fried shimp on the side or add more bean sprouts,ground peanut.
