Glass nooddle soup with ground pork and tofu

 

 

Ingredients :

200 g. ground pork
1 cup sliced shiitake mushroom
1 cup sliced ear mushroom and white
1 tbsp. choped green onion
1 tbsp choped parsley
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 cups egg tofu
1 cup glass nooddle
4 cups pork chicken or pork stock
1 tbsp. fish sauce

Preparation :

1.  Marinate pork add oyster sauce,shitake mushroom, green onion, parsley about 30 mins.
2.  Soak the glass nooddle, shitake musroon, ear mushroom and white in the water about 20 mins.
3.  Boil the chicken stock add  marinate pork, glass noddle, all mushroom, tofu, fish sauce.
4.  Serve with steam rice or without rice.
