Modoeye fried fish 3 flavour sauce

Ingredients :
200 g. tilapia
2 tbsp. choped galangal
2 tbsp. tamarind juice
2 tbsp. choped read onion
2 tbsp. choped chilli
1 tsp. choped peppercorn
1 tbsp. choped parsley root
1 tbsp. plam sugar
5 cups oil
Ingredients :
1. Deep fry fish untill chispy.
2. Heat the oil add ingredients the stir.
3. Serve with steame rice.
