Pad Thai
Ingredients :
100 grams narrow rice noddles, soak in the water little bit soft about 10 min then take it off
1 cup bean spouts
1 egg
200 grams prawn
100 grams liver pork, cut into small slivers
10 grams chopped pickled white radish
1/2 cake soybean curd, cut into small slivers
2 tbps. ground roasted peanuts
1 tbps. ground dried chillies
1 tbps. chopped shallots
1 tbps. chopped garlic
2 tbps. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tbps. fish sauce
1 tbsp. tamaind juice or vinegar or lime
10 grams Chinese leek leaves
1/2 banana blassom
1 piece lime
1 tbps. dried shrimp
Prearation :
1. Heat oil in afrying pan and saute garlic and shallots .
2. Add noodles saute then.
3. Put Prawn, liver pork.
4. Break into pan and scramble with spatula.
5.Put everything in the pan ,add half the bean sprouts and the Chinese leek leaves and turn to mix together.
6. Spinkle with fround peanut. Serve with bean spurouts, banana blassom, Chinese leek, lime.
